Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Verveshield. Please read the following terms carefully regarding order cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

Order Cancellation

For in-stock items, we accept order cancellations before the order has been shipped. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, and we will cancel it at no additional cost. This policy also applies to pre-order items.
To request cancellation, please email us at support@verveshield.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Packages Not Received

If you have not received your package, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. After 14 days, we will no longer be able to re-ship or issue a refund.

Refund Policy

Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt. If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email support@verveshield.com with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
  • Return/exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Returned products must have their original tags and be in new, unused condition, suitable for resale.
  • See “Condition of Returned Items” below for details.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to appear in your account.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return or exchange:
  • Items must be unused and unworn, except for a brief try-on to test fit and comfort.
  • Avoid contact with lotions, oils, powders, or any substances that may transfer to the product.
  • Items must be free of pet hair, lint, or other debris.
  • Products must have no odors (e.g., smoke, perfume, or other scents).
  • Items must be returned clean, in the same condition received, with all original packaging, parts, and tags intact.
  • The original packaging box (undamaged) and instruction manual must be included.
Please note:
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not charge restocking fees.
  • Gift cards and promotional/free items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
  • The item has been washed.
  • The item shows signs of damage, misuse, or excessive wear.
  • The product has noticeable odors (e.g., smoke, perfume), visible debris, or other signs of improper handling.
These conditions are in place to maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards for all our customers.

Return Process

1. Submit a Return Request

Email support@verveshield.com with the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Purchaser’s name and contact details
  3. Payment confirmation screenshot
  4. Product photos

*If returning part of an order, please specify the product(s) and quantity.

2. Receive Authorization

After reviewing your request, Verveshield will email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return address.

  • Please write the RAN on a note and include it inside the package.
  • Packages without a clearly indicated RAN will be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

3. Refund Issued

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are not included in the refund.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.


Exchange Policy

We understand that online shopping can be tricky without trying products first. If the item you ordered does not fit or meet your expectations, and it meets our return conditions, we are happy to help.
  • Verveshield guarantees products to be free from material and workmanship defects within 30 days of purchase. If you believe your product is defective, please contact support@verveshield.com with your order number and photos for replacement assistance.
  • For size exchanges, the fastest method is to place a new order for the correct size.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact support@verveshield.com to request an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN). We will review your request within 2 business days.
  2. Write the EAN on a note and include it inside the original packaging along with the product.
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange immediately.
